Death in Paradise

Eine ehemalige Schulfreundin von Florence wird tot am Fusse einer Klippe aufgefunden. Der Fall geht ihr persönlich sehr nah. Kann sie bei den Ermittlungen noch einen klaren Kopf bewahren?

Florence finds herself emotionally involved in a case when a former schoolmate, Esther Monroe, is found dead at the foot of a cliff during a literary festival. The prime suspects for the murder include Sylvie Baptiste (Angela Wynter), writer of the infamous local novel The Flame Tree; her assistant, Patricia Lawrence (Monica Dolan); and festival organisers Anna (Fiona Allen) and Oliver Wolf (Ramon Tikaram). Whilst searching for possible witnesses to the murder, Dwayne and JP come across a frightened woman living in a wooden shack on the outskirts of Sylvie Baptiste's estate. When Florence discovers that the woman may in fact be Sylvie's long-lost sister Lizzie (Caroline Lee-Johnson), a possible motive for Esther's murder comes to light.
