Six separate stories, different in time, place and nature, somehow become intertwined in a complicated way. Narrated from a diary of a sea voyage in 1849, some letter from a musician to a lover and a piece of work from the 70's, it revolves around a nuclear power plant, a detained publisher, a Korean girl-clone and a Hawaiian tribe living in a post-apocalypse world.
