INTERPOL officer Louis and his assistant Elinor discover that the leaders of the largest banks of the year have corrupted their branches in many countries, involving them in arms smuggling, money laundering and destabilizing governments in order to make as much money as possible, forcing them to travel for many countries in order to gather evidence to convict the leaders of that bank.
