Commander Col. Bill calls his old friend, ex-Ranger Hardy, to investigate the disappearance of a Sgt. and several of his cadets during a training exercise. At first, Capt. Julia Osborne disapproves of Hardy, until she decides to work with him to uncover the mystery.
